SUMMARY:Neurodiversity Belgium - Connect Club – Hiking Group Meet Up
DESCRIPTION:Neurodiversity Pride Week Celebration\n\nTo celebrate Neurodiversity Pride Week in June\, our Connect Club and the NDB Hiking Group are joining together for a relaxed community walk through the green surroundings of Watermael-Boitsfort / Bosvoorde Brussels\, near the Forêt de Soignes / Zoniënwoud on 14 June 2026. \n\nThis event is open to neurodivergent people\, families\, friends\, allies\, children\, adults\, and well-behaved dogs. It is a gentle opportunity to connect\, move\, talk\, stim\, walk quietly\, or simply spend time outdoors alongside others in a neurodiversity-affirming space.\n\nThe walk will start at 13:00 and will finish back at the starting point. The trail is not paved\, but it is clearly marked and fairly level.\n\nMeeting point:\nWe will meet at the entrance to Tournay-Solvay Park\, closest to the Boitsfort/Bosvoorde tram stop on tram 8.\nThe meeting point is also around 200 metres from Boitsfort/Bosvoorde train station.\n\nPlease note:\nThis is not the same as Watermael train station\, so do check your route before travelling.\n\n\nAbout the NDB Hiking Group\n\nThe Neurodivergent Hiking Group offers guided walks for neurodivergent people and their families in and around Brussels. The regular hikes usually take place on the first Sunday of each month\, although there may occasionally be changes when guides are unavailable or when special events are planned. Our walks are free to attend.\n\nSign-up\n\nPlease sign up via our Events Page where possible here:\nhttps://neurodiversity.be/events/connect-club-hiking-group-meet-up/\n\nYou may also turn up on the day if you already know the meeting point and time\, but we kindly ask that you do not leave registration or questions until the day itself. On the day of a hike\, our guides usually have limited time to respond to messages especially with excited children\, dogs\, and wonderfully busy brains in motion.\n\nPlease let us know in advance if you have any access needs or anything that would help you feel more comfortable joining. As this will be a combined event\, dogs\, children and adults of all ages will attend.\n\nHow to recognise your guide:\n\nOur regular hiking guide is Jon\, who is recognisable by his glasses\, ponytail\, and beard.\n\nWe hope you can join us for this Neurodiversity Pride Week 2026 celebration — building social connections on the hoof.!!\n\nNDB Events Team

This website page is in support of their great events and works.  \n\n  \n\nND Pride 2025\n\n\nThanet Neurodivergent Pride 2025:\nHow do you diverge?\n\nNeurodivergent Friends CIC (Neurodivergent Friends in Thanet\, NDFT) is proud to present its (second) first edition of Thanet Neurodivergent Pride!  \nThis year’s Neurodivergent Pride is an invitation – to reflect\, reconnect\, and celebrate all the ways we move differently through the world. \nWhether you identify as Neurodivergent\, are exploring that possibility\, or simply believe that people should be supported to be themselves\, you are welcome here. \nThis Pride is for everyone who has ever felt out of place in environments that expect people to fit into one narrow way of being\, working\, learning\, or expressing. \nWe estimate that as many as 40% of people in Thanet could be Neurodivergent – many of whom don’t know it yet. But this isn’t just about numbers or labels. It’s about community\, visibility\, and creating spaces that are kinder to all of us. Because when we build spaces that truly include Neurodivergent people\, we’re also making things better for many others: those who are burnt out\, overwhelmed\, isolated\, or simply tired of pretending everything’s fine when it’s not. \nID: Bright yellow banner that reads “if you’re looking for a sign that you belong somewhere\, this is it”\nAt NDFT\, we understand and view Neurodivergence not as flaws\, ‘disorders’\,  or problems to fix\, but as identities\, and valid ways of existing in the world – rich in insights\, creativity\, and complexity. \nSo this year’s theme – “How do you diverge?” – asks each of us to consider the ways we step outside the norm\, intentionally or otherwise. \nHow do we adapt? How do we resist? How do we connect? \nThis Neurodivergent Pride isn’t about being perfect. It’s about being real. It’s about showing up with curiosity\, compassion\, and care – for ourselves\, and each other. \nNeurodivergents\, non-Neurodivergents\, questioning\, curious\, friends\, neighbours\, allies – join us. Neurodivergent Pride belongs to all of us.  \nTogether\, let’s celebrate and continue to build a community where more people feel seen\, supported\, and have space to be and thrive. \n\nExplore The Programme of June 29th\nSee what’s happening and how you can join us. SUMMARY:Hersendiversiteit\, Meditatie en een Uitdagende Maatschappij (autisme/adhd)
2025 13:00 – 16:30 CEST.\nDeuren gaan open om12:50pm. \nLeeftijd is 15+.

SUMMARY:Gelukkig Gelabeld: ND Pride Tilburg

SUMMARY:Neurodiversity Pride Den Haag @ THUAS
DESCRIPTION:🙌 For the second year in a row\, there will be a Neurodiversity Pride Day at THUAS ! \nTalking about how your brain works\, especially when it works a bit differently\, isn’t always easy. But being in a space where people get it\, or at least want to\, makes a big difference! \n🧠 Neurodiversity just means our brains aren’t all wired the same \, and that includes autism\, ADHD\, dyslexia\, and more\, diagnosed or not. \nThat’s especially relevant in places like university or work\, where most of us spend a huge chunk of our time. If the environment doesn’t fit your brain\, it can wear you down. That’s why understanding and support matter so much. \n📅 June 16 | 15:00–16:30 | Speaker’s Corner @ THUAS \nThe event’s open to students\, staff\, and anyone who’s curious\, questioning\, or just wants to listen. We’re holding space for real stories\, and doing it with care and respect. If that sounds like something you want to be part of\, you’re very welcome! \n🔗 Full programme\nhttps://shorturl.at/klcfZ

\nNieuwsgierig geworden? Geef je dan op!

SUMMARY:Conferenza stampa : Verona neurodiversity pride day

SUMMARY:Neurodiversity Pride Day Viering in het Utrecht Science Park
DESCRIPTION:Viering Neurodiversity Pride Day \nNeurodiversity Pride Day in het Utrecht Science Park 🎉 \n\n\nMaandag 16 juni 2025 is het Neurodiversity Pride Day. \n\n\n\n

SUMMARY:Neurodiversity Pride Day The Hague @ The Social Hub
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a community gathering in celebration of Neurodiversity Pride Day 2025! This event is open to neurodivergent individuals (diagnosed or not) and their friends\, family\, and allies. We aim to create a welcoming and supportive space to connect\, learn\, and share experiences.\n📅 Date: Saturday 14 June 2025\n🕚 Time: 11:00 – 13:00\n📍 Location: The Social Hub\, The Hague\n🎟️ Tickets: €9.06 per person (includes a broodje and drink for lunch and Eventbrite booking fee)\n🔗 Booking: via The Social Hub/Eventbrite\n👥 Capacity: Maximum of 50 participants\n📧 Contact: Neurodiversity Foundation Education Ambassador: Renée Tentori – renee@zestee.com\n✨ What to Expect\n🌟 Stories of Celebration\nWe’ll begin with a “Stories of Celebration” session – a chance for anyone who feels comfortable to briefly share a personal story\, reflection\, or achievement related to neurodiversity. These can be big or small – from proud moments and growth experiences to insights or gratitude. This is an informal\, supportive moment to honour and uplift our diverse voices and experiences.\n🥪 Community Lunch\nWe’ll enjoy a relaxed and friendly lunch together – a broodje and drink are included in your ticket price. This is a great chance to meet others\, continue conversations\, and share in the spirit of community.\n🎤 Presentation & Mini Workshop\nThis year we are excited to welcome a guest speaker from the other side of the world to share her insights.\nDr Nicolina Newcombe is a late-diagnosed autistic person from Aotearoa New Zealand. She holds a PhD in Education\, in which she conducted inclusive research with people with intellectual disability\, and a Master’s in Māori and Pacific Development. She works as an Inclusion Advisor for IHC\, an organisation that advocates for the rights of autistic people and people with intellectual disability.\nDr Nicolina Newcombe\nInclusion Advisor\, IHC New Zealand Incorporated\nTalk title: “The impact of takiwātanga on autistic pride in Aotearoa New Zealand”\nThis talk will share insights from her research into takiwātanga – a te reo Māori word meaning “in his/her/their own time and space” – and how this concept shapes autistic pride in Aotearoa New Zealand. Rooted in Māori worldviews that embrace difference as a natural part of whakapapa (genealogy)\, takiwātanga presents a powerful counter-narrative to deficit-based views of autism. Nicolina will offer her perspective as a Pākehā (non-Māori) navigating bicultural inclusion.\n🧠 For more information about Neurodiversity Pride Day worldwide:\n🌐 neurodiversityprideday.com\n💛 Accessibility & Inclusion: We want to make this event as inclusive and accessible as possible.\n👶 Families welcome – If you need to bring your baby or children\, they are welcome.
