This webinar is suitable for teachers and leaders, and for anyone who wants to learn more about neurodivergence, coping and motivation. This is an hour-long lecture of “Joyful learning – a lecture on coping, meaning and motivation”, which is originally a webinar held for students at Vestland University College. The meeting lasts 90 minutes, with 30 minutes at the end set aside for questions.<\/p>\n
The webinar will be recorded for the first 60 minutes. In the lecture I will go through: – joy of learning – intrinsic motivation – learning design – current cases – metacognition – neuroscience – self-efficacy – neurodiversity +++ “In the knowledge society, people themselves are the most important input factor in employment. Investment in people’s knowledge and competence is the basis for future welfare and value creation, and of great importance for individuals’ ability to realize themselves. The knowledge society requires that this resource be maintained and developed. This occurs primarily through the acquisition and use of new knowledge and competence throughout the life course. Knowledge development is occurring at an increasingly rapid pace. It is not new, but it places increased demands on changes in competences, both for the individual, for the school, for society and for employment.”<\/p>\n
