For the third time, Setlementti Tampere Association is taking part in a joint event during Neurodiversity Pride Week and Manse Pride Week. These two pride weeks take place partly at the same time each year, so with this event we want to raise awareness, create space, and offer opportunities for participation especially for queer people who are part of neurodivergent minorities.<\/p>\n

The event is intended for neurodivergent people aged 16 and over<\/p>\n

Program highlights:<\/strong><\/p>\n Silent Disco \u2013 featuring a live DJ and alternative playlists. Choose your favorite music from three (3) different channels!<\/p>\n Workshops and activities \u2013 Sign-making workshop for Saturday\u2019s Manse Pride parade. This year we will also have our own neurodivergent block in the parade, which will be a quiet block!<\/p>\n Food and drinks, and relaxed socializing together.<\/p>\n The event is substance-free, and we follow the safer space principles of Setlementti Tampere Association.<\/p>\n Additional accessibility information:<\/strong><\/p>\n The Hepokatti Hall has bright lighting. Music will be played through headphones, so there will be no music played in the room itself. The space has an echo, and sudden loud noises may occur.
