The session introduces employees to neurodiversity and explores how workplaces can better understand\, embrace and uplift the strengths and experiences of neurodivergent people. \nThe training is informed by the experiences of neurodiverse employees at Emory University. It gives participants an opportunity to learn more about neurodiversity in the workplace\, reflect on the role every employee can play in creating inclusion\, and discuss practical strategies for supporting both neurodivergent and neurotypical colleagues. \nThis event connects well with Neurodiversity Pride Week because it focuses on changing workplace culture from the inside.
