Ausgabe des Neurodiversity Pride Day einzuladen, der jÃ?hrlichen Manifestation des Stolzes fÃ?r alle neurodiversen Menschen und ihre VerbÃ?ndeten weltweit!  Dieses Jahr feiern wir am 16. Juni den 7. offiziellen Neurodiversity Pride Day, der für und von der neurodiversen Gemeinschaft, den Freiwilligen des ND Pride Teams und der Neurodiversity Foundation organisiert wird. Außerdem veranstalten viele neuroinclusive Organisationen und ND-Initiatoren vom 10. bis 17. So wie die LGBTQ-Gemeinschaft ihre eigene LGBTQ Pride Week hat, ist der ND Pride seit 2018 in vielen anderen Ländern, in denen dieser Tag gefeiert wird, ein Tag des Stolzes für alle neurodivergenten Menschen. Der Begriff 'neurodivergent' umfasst alle Gruppen mit untypisch funktionierenden Gehirnen (Autisten, Legastheniker, ADHS, Hochbegabte, Zwangsstörungen und viele weitere Neurotypen), mit oder ohne formale Diagnose, und sowohl angeborene als auch erworbene Neurodivergenz; etwa 1 von 7 Menschen weltweit ist neurodivergent.  Es ist ein Tag des Stolzes fÃ?r neurodiverse Menschen jeden Alters und ihre Familien, Freunde und VerbÃ?ndeten, ein Tag der positiven Selbstreflexion, der echten WertschÃ?tzung, der WÃ?rme, der rebellischen Freude und der SolidaritÃ?t mit allen Menschen mit einem neurodiversen Gehirn.  Es ist ein Tag, um über den Mehrwert der Neurodiversität nachzudenken und darüber, wie wichtig es ist, sich zu trauen, in all unseren neurodiversen Unterschieden authentisch zu sein. Es geht auch darum, stolz darauf zu sein, wie neurodiverse Menschen die Welt schöner und besser machen, indem sie sich - manchmal gegen den Strom der Normalisierung - weiterhin dafür entscheiden, ihr neurodiverses Selbst zu sein.  Es ist ein Tag mit Traditionen wie dem Hissen der Flagge, Aktivitäten und einer jährlichen Rede eines Pioniers der Neurodiversität. Dieses Jahr wird Ellie Middleton die Rede halten.  Der ultimative Meilenstein für die kommenden Jahre ist, dass der Neurodiversity Pride Day als anerkannter internationaler Tag in den Weltkalender der Vereinten Nationen aufgenommen wird, damit er weltweit in jedem Land offen gefeiert werden kann. Während der ND Pride Week wird die vorbereitende Forschungsgruppe ihre Fortschritte vorstellen.  Obwohl viele lustige Aktivitäten und interessante Veranstaltungen organisiert werden, ist der eigentliche Kern des Tages die Tradition, dass sich neurodivergente Menschen 'einen Moment Zeit nehmen' (eine Minute, eine Stunde, vielleicht auch länger), um darüber nachzudenken, worauf sie als neurodivergente Menschen stolz sind, in Harmonie und Selbstakzeptanz all ihrer Unterschiede. Und für die "Verbündeten" (Familienmitglieder, Freunde, Partner, Kollegen, neuroinklusive Organisationen, Teammitglieder), um sie zu ermutigen und darüber nachzudenken, was sie an ihrem/ihren Lieblingsneurodivergenten schätzen.  Was passiert wÃ?hrend der ND Pride?  Wann?  Der Neurodiversity Pride Day findet jedes Jahr am 16. Sie sind oft nicht im Hauptkalender aufgeführt, weil sie in der Regel für interne Mitarbeiter/innen und Mitglieder von Neurodiversitätsnetzwerken gedacht sind.  Öffentliche Veranstaltungen  ZusÃ?tzlich zu den AktivitÃ?ten gibt es auch Veranstaltungen wie eine dreitägige Konferenz „NeuroEmergence“, einen 24-stÃ?ndigen Raid Rave mit ND-DJs (auf ndpride.online zu verfolgen), Keynotes von lokalen und internationalen Rednern und vieles mehr. Der vollständige Kalender wird am 1. Juni freigeschaltet, damit Organisationen und einzelne Initiatoren die Möglichkeit haben, ihre öffentlichen Aktivitäten einzutragen.  Füge deine eigene Veranstaltung hinzu  Wenn deine eigene AktivitÃ?t oder Veranstaltung fÃ?r andere öffentlich ist, die Tickets (falls vorhanden) kostenlos sind und sie zwischen dem 10. und 17. Juni stattfindet, kannst du deine eigene AktivitÃ?t in den öffentlichen Veranstaltungskalender eintragen.  Füge deine Aktivität hinzu  Zugänglichkeit  Die meisten AktivitÃ?ten sind in der Regel kostenlos oder nicht-kommerziell, und jeder, egal welcher Neurotyp, ist willkommen.  Hiss eine Flagge  Besuche unseren „Flagstore“-Webshop, um eine offizielle Neurodiversity Pride Day-Flagge als Belohnung für eine Spende zu erhalten, und zwar in den Größen small, large oder XL. Die XL-Fahne wird fÃ?r Fahnenhissungen empfohlen (diese können an jedem Tag der ND Pride-Woche stattfinden), die große ist oft auch fÃ?r kleinere Fahnenmasten geeignet. Tipps für die drei Verfahrensschritte bei einer ND Pride-Fahnenhissung findest du ebenfalls auf der Website.  Hol dir deine Flagge  Social Media Pack  Lade das Social Media Kit oder die Logos auf der Ressourcen-Seite herunter, um deine Unterstützung zu zeigen und die Botschaft zu verbreiten.   Social Media Kit  Städtische Programme  In verschiedenen Städten gibt es lokale Aktionsprogramme. Wenn in deiner Stadt etwas passiert oder du selbst etwas organisieren oder eine Fahne hissen möchtest und andere sich anschließen können, dann füge dies der Agenda hinzu, damit andere es sehen können. Wenn du Fragen hast, wende dich an das ND Pride-Team unter team@neurodiversityprideday.com.  Keynote  In den letzten Jahren hatten wir Keynotes von mutigen Pionieren wie Jessica McCabe, Nancy Doyle, Judy Singer, Lyric Rivera und vielen anderen. Dieses Jahr wird die beliebte Autorin und Verfechterin der Neurodiversität Ellie Middleton die Hauptrednerin des Jahres sein. Die Keynote wird über den Veranstaltungskalender sichtbar gemacht und am 16. Juni auf dem YouTube-Kanal und der Keynote-Seite veröffentlicht, so dass die Keynote auch bei lokalen Aktivitäten von lokalen Veranstaltern gestreamt werden kann.  Siehe die Hauptredner der ND Pride 2023  Namen  Der 2016 ins Leben gerufene und 2018 gestartete Neurodiversity Pride Day hat im Laufe der Jahre viele (erlaubte) Spitznamen erhalten. Derzeit wollen wir hauptsächlich die beiden ältesten Namen verwenden: Neurodiversity Pride Day für den offiziellen Tag am 16. und ND Pride für den Zeitraum der Aktivitäten.  Regeln für Organisatoren  Kein Rassismus oder Diskriminierung.  Kein Fokus auf traurige Geschichten.  Nichts über uns, ohne uns (im Organisationsteam).  Viele Fragen werden auf der FAQ-Seite beantwortet.
