Fundaci\u00f3n Neurodiversidad - T\u00e9rminos y condiciones de la tienda virtual<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Estas condiciones (\"Condiciones\") regulan el uso de la tienda virtual de la Fundaci\u00f3n para la Neurodiversidad (\"Tienda Virtual\") operada por la Fundaci\u00f3n para la Neurodiversidad. Al utilizar la tienda virtual, usted acepta estas Condiciones. Si no est\u00e1 de acuerdo con ellas, le rogamos que se abstenga de utilizar la tienda virtual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Descripci\u00f3n del producto<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Fundaci\u00f3n para la Neurodiversidad pone a la venta banderas a trav\u00e9s de su tienda web. Las banderas son suministradas por un proveedor externo, Helloprint B.V. La Fundaci\u00f3n para la Neurodiversidad no fabrica las banderas, sino que depende de Helloprint B.V. para su producci\u00f3n y entrega.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Donaciones<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al realizar una compra en la tienda web, est\u00e1 haciendo una donaci\u00f3n a la Fundaci\u00f3n para la Neurodiversidad. A cambio de su donaci\u00f3n, recibir\u00e1 una bandera como muestra de agradecimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Pedidos y pagos<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los pedidos y los pagos se procesan a trav\u00e9s de la tienda virtual. Todos los pagos se gestionan de forma segura a trav\u00e9s del procesador de pagos integrado en la tienda virtual. La Fundaci\u00f3n para la Neurodiversidad no almacena ni procesa directamente ninguna informaci\u00f3n de pago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las banderas adquiridas a trav\u00e9s de la tienda virtual son enviadas directamente por Helloprint B.V. Neurodiversity Foundation - Webshop Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

These terms and conditions (\"Terms\") govern your use of the Neurodiversity Foundation's webshop (\"Webshop\") operated by the Neurodiversity Foundation. By using the Webshop, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Webshop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Product Description<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Neurodiversity Foundation offers flags for sale through its Webshop. The flags are provided by a third-party supplier, Helloprint B.V. The Neurodiversity Foundation does not produce the flags and relies on Helloprint B.V. for their production and delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Donations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you make a purchase on the Webshop, you are making a donation to the Neurodiversity Foundation. In return for your donation, you will receive a flag as a token of appreciation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Ordering and Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Orders are placed and payments are processed through the Webshop. All payments are securely handled by the third-party payment processor integrated into the Webshop. The Neurodiversity Foundation does not store or process any payment information directly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Shipping<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Flags purchased through the Webshop are shipped directly by Helloprint B.V. The Neurodiversity Foundation is not responsible for any delays, damages, or issues related to the shipment of flags. Please refer to Helloprint B.V.'s shipping policies for more information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Returns and Refunds<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Due to the charitable nature of our organization, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for donations made through the Webshop. However, if you encounter any issues with the quality or condition of the flag received, please contact Helloprint B.V. directly for assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Neurodiversity Foundation shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Webshop or the purchase of flags, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
