I will then send you an entry form detailing how to receive your copy of <em>Lyla\u2019s Story<\/em> as well as the Interactive Resource for Lyla\u2019s Story and the Butterfly Craft template. The entry fee is $45, this includes a copy of Lyla\u2019s Story Picture Book, the Interactive Resource and Activity Pack.
