Stichting Neurodiversity \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Algemene voorwaarden webshop<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deze algemene voorwaarden (\u00e2\u20ac\u0153Voorwaarden\u00e2\u20ac\u009d) zijn van toepassing op uw gebruik van de webshop (\u00e2\u20ac\u0153Webshop\u00e2\u20ac\u009d) van de Neurodiversity Foundation, beheerd door de Neurodiversity Foundation. Door gebruik te maken van de Webshop gaat u akkoord met deze Voorwaarden. Indien u het niet eens bent met deze Voorwaarden, verzoeken wij u geen gebruik te maken van de Webshop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Productbeschrijving<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stichting Neurodiversity biedt via haar webshop vlaggen te koop aan. De vlaggen worden geleverd door een externe leverancier, Helloprint BV. Stichting Neurodiversity produceert de vlaggen niet en is voor de productie en levering afhankelijk van Helloprint BV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Donaties<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wanneer u een aankoop doet op de Webshop, doet u een donatie aan Stichting Neurodiversity. Als dank voor uw donatie ontvangt u een vlag als blijk van waardering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Bestelling en betaling<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Via de Webshop worden bestellingen geplaatst en betalingen verwerkt. Alle betalingen worden veilig afgehandeld door de externe betalingsverwerker die in de webshop is ge\u00c3\u00afntegreerd. Stichting Neurodiversity bewaart of verwerkt geen betalingsgegevens rechtstreeks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Verzending<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vlaggen gekocht via de Webshop worden rechtstreeks verzonden door Helloprint BV. Stichting Neurodiversity is niet verantwoordelijk voor eventuele vertragingen, schade of problemen die verband houden met de verzending van vlaggen. Raadpleeg het verzendbeleid van Helloprint BV voor meer informatie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Retourzendingen en terugbetalingen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vanwege het charitatieve karakter van onze organisatie accepteren wij geen retourzendingen en bieden wij geen restitutie aan voor donaties gedaan via de Webshop. Mocht je echter problemen ondervinden met de kwaliteit of staat van de ontvangen vlag, neem dan direct contact op met Helloprint BV voor hulp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Beperking van aansprakelijkheid<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

De Neurodiversity Foundation is niet aansprakelijk voor enige directe, indirecte, incidentele, speciale of gevolgschade die voortvloeit uit of op enigerlei wijze verband houdt met het gebruik van de Webshop of de aankoop van vlaggen, inclusief maar niet beperkt tot schade wegens winstderving. , goodwill, gebruik, gegevens of andere immateri\u00c3\u00able verliezen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Toepasselijk recht<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deze Voorwaarden worden beheerst door en ge\u00c3\u00afnterpreteerd in overeenstemming met de wetten van Nederland, zonder rekening te houden met conflicterende wettelijke bepalingen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Wijzigingen in de voorwaarden<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

De Neurodiversity Foundation behoudt zich het recht voor om deze Voorwaarden op elk moment zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving bij te werken of te wijzigen. Neurodiversity Foundation - Webshop Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

These terms and conditions (\"Terms\") govern your use of the Neurodiversity Foundation's webshop (\"Webshop\") operated by the Neurodiversity Foundation. By using the Webshop, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Webshop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Product Description<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Neurodiversity Foundation offers flags for sale through its Webshop. The flags are provided by a third-party supplier, Helloprint B.V. The Neurodiversity Foundation does not produce the flags and relies on Helloprint B.V. for their production and delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Donations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you make a purchase on the Webshop, you are making a donation to the Neurodiversity Foundation. In return for your donation, you will receive a flag as a token of appreciation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Ordering and Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Orders are placed and payments are processed through the Webshop. All payments are securely handled by the third-party payment processor integrated into the Webshop. The Neurodiversity Foundation does not store or process any payment information directly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Shipping<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Flags purchased through the Webshop are shipped directly by Helloprint B.V. The Neurodiversity Foundation is not responsible for any delays, damages, or issues related to the shipment of flags. Please refer to Helloprint B.V.'s shipping policies for more information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Returns and Refunds<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Due to the charitable nature of our organization, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for donations made through the Webshop. However, if you encounter any issues with the quality or condition of the flag received, please contact Helloprint B.V. directly for assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Neurodiversity Foundation shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Webshop or the purchase of flags, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Governing Law<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Changes to Terms<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Neurodiversity Foundation reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
