DESCRIPTION:Sunday 14 June 2026 | Amsterdam | CEST / Amsterdam time \nQueer ADHD Café is a low-threshold community meetup for queer people with ADHD or ADD\, and for people who think they may have ADHD. It offers a safe\, informal and welcoming space to meet others\, exchange experiences\, share tips\, have a coffee\, and talk about everyday life with ADHD. \nThe group is created for LGBTQIA+ people who want to connect around ADHD in a relaxed way. You do not need a formal diagnosis to join. If you recognise yourself in ADHD experiences\, are exploring whether ADHD may be part of your life\, or simply want to be in a space with others who understand the overlap between queerness and neurodivergence\, you are welcome. \nFor many people\, both queer identity and ADHD can come with experiences of masking\, misunderstanding\, self-questioning\, rejection or having to explain yourself too often. A space like Queer ADHD Café can offer something simple but powerful: recognition. The feeling that you do not have to translate yourself first before you are allowed to belong. \nThis meetup connects strongly with the spirit of Neurodiversity Pride Week because it brings together neurodivergent community\, queer belonging\, self-acceptance and peer support.
