Neurodiversity Foundation - Villkor f\u00f6r webbshop<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dessa allm\u00e4nna villkor (\"Villkoren\") reglerar din anv\u00e4ndning av Neurodiversity Foundations webbshop (\"Webbshopen\") som drivs av Neurodiversity Foundation. Genom att anv\u00e4nda Webbshoppen godk\u00e4nner du dessa Villkor. Om du inte samtycker till dessa Villkor ber vi dig att avst\u00e5 fr\u00e5n att anv\u00e4nda Webbshoppen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Produktbeskrivning<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Neurodiversity Foundation erbjuder flaggor till f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljning via sin webbshop. Flaggorna tillhandah\u00e5lls av en tredjepartsleverant\u00f6r, Helloprint B.V. Neurodiversity Foundation producerar inte flaggorna och f\u00f6rlitar sig p\u00e5 Helloprint B.V. f\u00f6r produktion och leverans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Donationer<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

N\u00e4r du g\u00f6r ett k\u00f6p i webbshoppen g\u00f6r du en donation till Neurodiversity Foundation. Som tack f\u00f6r din donation f\u00e5r du en flagga som ett tecken p\u00e5 uppskattning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Best\u00e4llning och betalning<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Best\u00e4llningar g\u00f6rs och betalningar behandlas via webbshoppen. Alla betalningar hanteras p\u00e5 ett s\u00e4kert s\u00e4tt av den tredjeparts betalningsprocessor som \u00e4r integrerad i webbshoppen. Neurodiversity Foundation lagrar eller behandlar inte n\u00e5gon betalningsinformation direkt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Frakt<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Flaggor som k\u00f6ps via webbshoppen skickas direkt av Helloprint B.V. Neurodiversity Foundation ansvarar inte f\u00f6r eventuella f\u00f6rseningar, skador eller problem relaterade till leveransen av flaggor. Se Helloprint B.V.:s leveranspolicy f\u00f6r mer information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Returer och \u00e5terbetalningar<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

P\u00e5 grund av v\u00e5r organisations v\u00e4lg\u00f6renhetskarakt\u00e4r accepterar vi inte returer eller erbjuder \u00e5terbetalning f\u00f6r donationer som g\u00f6rs via webbshoppen. Men om du st\u00f6ter p\u00e5 n\u00e5gra problem med kvaliteten eller skicket p\u00e5 den mottagna flaggan, v\u00e4nligen kontakta Helloprint B.V. direkt f\u00f6r hj\u00e4lp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Neurodiversity Foundation - Webshop Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

These terms and conditions (\"Terms\") govern your use of the Neurodiversity Foundation's webshop (\"Webshop\") operated by the Neurodiversity Foundation. By using the Webshop, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Webshop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Product Description<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Neurodiversity Foundation offers flags for sale through its Webshop. The flags are provided by a third-party supplier, Helloprint B.V. The Neurodiversity Foundation does not produce the flags and relies on Helloprint B.V. for their production and delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Donations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you make a purchase on the Webshop, you are making a donation to the Neurodiversity Foundation. In return for your donation, you will receive a flag as a token of appreciation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Ordering and Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Orders are placed and payments are processed through the Webshop. All payments are securely handled by the third-party payment processor integrated into the Webshop. The Neurodiversity Foundation does not store or process any payment information directly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Shipping<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Flags purchased through the Webshop are shipped directly by Helloprint B.V. The Neurodiversity Foundation is not responsible for any delays, damages, or issues related to the shipment of flags. Please refer to Helloprint B.V.'s shipping policies for more information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Returns and Refunds<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Due to the charitable nature of our organization, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for donations made through the Webshop. However, if you encounter any issues with the quality or condition of the flag received, please contact Helloprint B.V. directly for assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Neurodiversity Foundation shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Webshop or the purchase of flags, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Governing Law<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Neurodiversity Foundation reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
