SUMMARY:Beautiful Brains Around the World
DESCRIPTION:As part of Neurodiversity Pride Week South Africa 2026\, The Bridge School Morningside will host Beautiful Brains Around the World\, an immersive school-wide enrichment experience celebrating neurodiversity\, creativity and different ways of thinking. \nDesigned by Nicola Killops\, a gifted education specialist and neurodiversity advocate\, the experience takes learners through six countries and introduces them to the lives of remarkable thinkers\, including Leonardo da Vinci\, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart\, Alan Turing\, Nikola Tesla\, Greta Thunberg and Trevor Noah. \nThrough interactive discovery stations\, collaborative art projects\, visual displays and hands-on activities\, learners will explore the ways in which different minds have contributed to history and continue to shape the world today. \nThe experience focuses on strengths\, curiosity\, imagination\, problem-solving and self-understanding. Its central message is simple: every brain is beautiful\, and the world has always needed different kinds of thinkers.
