Celebrate Neurodiversity Pride day

Welcome to the 8th annual Neurodiversity Pride Day, a global celebration by and for neurodivergent people.

On this day, we honour the beauty of every neurodivergent mind. It’s a day to embrace who we are, celebrate our unique strengths, and stand together in pride, solidarity, and self-acceptance.

A day for you!

Neurodivergents

This year, Neurodiversity Pride Week runs from June 10–17, with the official Pride Day on June 16.

It’s a time to honour our brilliantly diverse brains, celebrate our strengths, and stand together in pride — whether you're autistic, ADHD, dyslexic, bipolar, or anywhere across the neurodivergent spectrum.

Neurodiversity Pride Day isn’t just a hashtag — it’s a global movement rooted in self-acceptance, joy, and community. Created by neurodivergent people, for neurodivergent people and our allies, it puts lived experience at the heart of everything.

Wherever you are in your journey — diagnosed, self-identified, or still finding your way — you belong. This is your day.

What Is NDPride?

Why it Matters

Neurodivergent minds bring unique creativity, innovation, and fresh ways of seeing the world. But too often, we’re met with misunderstanding, barriers, or a lack of support.

Neurodiversity Pride Day is more than a celebration, it’s a movement. A day to challenge outdated stereotypes, amplify neurodivergent voices, and push for genuine inclusion in our schools, workplaces, and communities.

It’s a chance to recognise the value of different ways of thinking, to honour the strengths we bring, and to commit to a world where neurodivergent people are supported to thrive — not just expected to fit in.

Support your loved ones

Family & Friends

Neurodiversity Pride Day is not only a celebration for neurodivergent individuals, it’s also a chance for families and friends to show love, support, and allyship.

Now in its 8th year, this day invites you to honour the beautifully different ways your loved ones experience the world. Whether you’re parenting a neurodivergent child, partnered with someone neurospicy, or simply want to show up for a friend—you’re part of this story too.

Want to get involved? Plan a meaningful activity, start a conversation, or join an event together. Big or small, your gestures matter.

Let’s make June 16 a day your loved one feels seen, celebrated, and deeply valued.

Social Responsibility

Organisations

Neurodiversity Pride Day is an opportunity for organisations of all sizes to move from awareness to action. Whether you’re a school, non-profit, startup, or multinational—there’s a way to get involved. Here’s what you can do:

  • Host an event that celebrates neurodivergent talent and perspectives
  • Create space for employee stories, learning sessions, or panel discussions
  • Download our toolkit to plan internal activations or public-facing campaigns
  • Review your workplace policies for neuroinclusion

Celebrating Neurodiversity Pride means embracing the strengths and needs of differently-wired minds—and building environments where they can thrive.

Testimonials

Through the Eyes of the Community

“Organising Neurodiversity Pride Day has been one of the most meaningful projects of my life. Watching people light up as they saw themselves reflected in the celebrations—it was a reminder that visibility truly changes lives.”

“As a late-diagnosed neurodivergent adult, attending Neurodiversity Pride Day felt like stepping into a world I didn’t know I needed. I finally found my people.”

“I brought my son to Neurodiversity Pride Day, and for the first time, he said, ‘These people think like me!’ That alone made every moment worth it.”
