Neurodiversity Pride Day 2025

Philippines

Welcome to ND Pride, a celebration organised by and for neurodivergent individuals and their allies. Everyone, regardless of neurotype, is invited to join in recognizing and honoring neurodiversity.

16th June

What we celebrate

We celebrate the uniqueness of neurodivergent brains and the value of neurodiversity for society. Neurodiversity refers to the near-infinite ways in which brains function, perceive, and understand the world. It acknowledges and appreciates the strengths and abilities that arise from different neurotypes, including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, DCD, giftedness, mental health conditions and more. Our celebration also advocates for providing support and accommodations to neurodivergent individuals, enabling them to thrive in a society designed for the majority.

About

ND Pride Day

Neurodiversity Pride Day was initiated in 2018 by the Neurodiversity Foundation, stemming from the neurodivergent community's efforts alongside volunteers and supporting organizations. Held annually on June 16, the day has grown to include activities in multiple countries, focusing on positive reflection and celebration of neurodivergence. The theme of the 8th edition is “Embrace our neurodivergent differences”.
