Webinar: The essentials of Psychological Safety in teams

Monday 15 June 2026 | 11:00 – 11:45 CEST / Amsterdam time | Online

Language: Inglese

The essentials of Psychological Safety in teams is a free online webinar by Geertruyt Stokes, organised as part of the AllMindsThrive webinar week on ND Pride.

This session explores psychological safety in teams and asks how people can collaborate more effectively when different brains, communication styles and working preferences come together. The central idea is that radical clarity can be one of the highest forms of empathy and safety.

The webinar looks at the roots of collaboration friction in mixed teams. Rather than softening every message or avoiding difficult conversations, it focuses on how clarity, honesty and structure can help people understand each other better and work together with less confusion.

This event connects well with Neurodiversity Pride Week because psychological safety is essential for neuroinclusive workplaces. Neurodivergent people cannot truly thrive in teams where they have to guess expectations, hide confusion, mask discomfort, or fear being misunderstood when they communicate differently.
