Mindfulness Evening

Linking with the theme of Solidarity & Peace, with a focus on connection, kindness, recovery & support, come and join us for an evening of mindfulness.
Led by Kate Ensor and Jeannelle Gresham you will be given an insight into gentle mindfulness techniques with a particular focus on mindfulness for neurodivergent minds. The session will take place in a peaceful and relaxed space where you will learn how to simply be present.
Suitable for ages 15+
