Neurodance Preparty is a two-hour online music session with Rato da Lua, streamed live on Twitch as part of the build-up to Neurodiversity Pride Day 2026.

This preparty is a smaller, simpler version of the World Neurodance: one DJ, one Twitch channel, two hours of music, movement and neurodivergent joy. It is a chance to warm up for ND Pride Week, test the stream together, and enjoy a shared online dance moment before the full Neurodance World DJ Marathon begins on Neurodiversity Pride Day.

Neurodance is about dancing in your own way. You can dance wildly, gently, visibly, quietly, with others, alone in your room, seated, stimming, listening, resting, or simply being present with the music. There is no correct way to join. The point is not performance. The point is connection, rhythm, movement, joy and the freedom to celebrate neurodivergent pride in a way that fits your body and your brain.

This preparty is also a live technical test for the official Neurodance page. During the session, visitors can try the embedded Twitch player, the chat preview, the readable chat popout, and the scroll-safe mini-player. If everything works well during this preparty, the same setup will support the full Neurodance World DJ Marathon.

Moonwyrm has played an important role in growing Neurodance into a global online celebration. Since 2023, Moonwyrm, together with Sir_no0ob and the Wyrmling community, has helped shape the ND Pride Raid Train into a joyful international gathering of neurodivergent DJs, dancers and listeners across time zones.

This event connects strongly with Neurodiversity Pride Day because pride does not always need a stage or a speech. Sometimes pride is music. Sometimes it is movement. Sometimes it is letting your body respond in the way it wants to. Sometimes it is joining a chat, opening a stream, or dancing privately while knowing that others around the world are celebrating too.
