Neurodiversity Foundation – Webshop Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Neurodiversity Foundation’s webshop (“Webshop”) operated by the Neurodiversity Foundation. By using the Webshop, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Webshop.
1. Product Description
The Neurodiversity Foundation offers flags for sale through its Webshop. The flags are provided by a third-party supplier, Helloprint B.V. The Neurodiversity Foundation does not produce the flags and relies on Helloprint B.V. for their production and delivery.
2. Donations
When you make a purchase on the Webshop, you are making a donation to the Neurodiversity Foundation. In return for your donation, you will receive a flag as a token of appreciation.
3. Ordering and Payment
Orders are placed and payments are processed through the Webshop. All payments are securely handled by the third-party payment processor integrated into the Webshop. The Neurodiversity Foundation does not store or process any payment information directly.
4. Shipping
Flags purchased through the Webshop are shipped directly by Helloprint B.V. The Neurodiversity Foundation is not responsible for any delays, damages, or issues related to the shipment of flags. Please refer to Helloprint B.V.’s shipping policies for more information.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the charitable nature of our organization, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for donations made through the Webshop. However, if you encounter any issues with the quality or condition of the flag received, please contact Helloprint B.V. directly for assistance.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Neurodiversity Foundation shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Webshop or the purchase of flags, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Changes to Terms
The Neurodiversity Foundation reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Webshop after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
