A Day For You

It doesn’t need to be much. Simply acknowledging the day and taking a moment to reflect on who you are, or your knowledge and understanding, is more than enough. And if you feel like doing something bigger or bolder, that’s great too!

Take a minute to selfreflect.

If there is only one thing you do today, take a moment, a minute, an hour, to self reflect on what beauty your own neurological differentness brings to the world. What makes you proud to be neurodivergent. To take a minute for “your neurodivergent self” has been the core tradition of ND Pride since 2018.

Host your own NeuroDance!

DJ’s Moonwyrm and the Wyrmlings are organizing the 24-hour NeuroDance starting on June 15th. Join the dance via your own screen and invite your friends! To join in, go when it start to ndpride.online for free access to the party.

See the keynotes of the 8th edition of ND Pride

There will be keynotes from daring pioneers in the ND advocacy field. No tickets required.

There will be country keynotes for some participating countries, and, as is tradition: the 2 ‘official’ keynotes of the year. In 2025, we’re delighted for Dr Ludmila Praslova and ND advocate Bridgette Hamstead to take the stage.

Celebrate the day, your own way.

While there are activities you can join, and activities you can do yourself, there are many ways to celebrate, small & big, solo & together. Every step forward, is valid. Choose your own way.
